3/29 Community Rest Ritual, Journaling + Herbal Footbath New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aries || JP Centre Yoga

from $35.00
Sold Out

SOLD OUT! Thank you for your interest!

As astrologer Virginia Rosenberg reminds us, Eclipse season is a time of transformation, a time of abandoning (or being abandoned by) the familiar.

During eclipse portals, time moves differently, our emotions assert themselves, and our nervous systems may be especially sensitive. Eclipses are a time to slow down, rest, reflect, nourish, and discern where we’re being asked to exercise our agency and where we’re being asked to let go and surrender.

Join Em Tebbetts (local artist and embodiment facilitator) and Maggie Ruth Haaland (local fiber artist, herbalist, and facilitator) at JP Centre Yoga on Saturday, 3/29 for a nourishing rest ritual as we tend to our capacity to be with heightened sensitivity, uncertainty, and surrender this solar eclipse in Aries.

Come get cozy with bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Em will lead the group through some slow, sensual somatic practices + reflective embodied journaling. Maggie will share about supportive herbs for these times and prepare nourishing individual herbal foot baths.

Bring your yoga mat, a journal, and cozy clothing.
