Em will lead the group through a few embodiment practices to help ground + drop us into our senses before heading off on a slow, playful amble through the Arb as the sun sets.
Allow your experience and appreciation of the natural world to be expanded through the perspectives of your neighbors, or wander off solo for a quiet contemplation before gathering for journaling + brief shares at the end.
